Field Supervisor — Security Operations

What you'll do

• Visit assigned posts to monitor performance, address operational issues, communicate policy changes, adjust staffing schedules, and inspect posts
• conduct on-the-job training for new employees or when post orders change
• respond to call-offs and assist with coverage
• identify personnel issues and forward them to management
• distribute information to posts
• respond to client or site emergencies and communicate with Operations or Branch management.
