Membership Sales Associate, Sauna Studio

The Membership Sales Associate role is onsite in Austin, TX, at the South Austin studio. Pay is $17–$22 per hour, plus commission. The studio serves the South Austin wellness community through infrared sauna and related wellness services. The associate welcomes guests, sells memberships, follows up with warm leads, manages appointments, and cleans the studio and sauna rooms between guests. The role supports a positive guest experience while contributing to studio sales and daily operations.

What you'll do

• Clean the studio and sauna rooms between guests
• sell memberships and earn commissions
• greet customers
• call and text warm leads, with an expectation of 10 or more calls per shift
• manage appointments. General availability is requested for 6–7-hour shifts, including weekday mornings, evenings, and weekends.
