What you'll do

• Partner with management to allocate costs to project cost objectives
• evaluate project costs against budgets
• ensure cost control and accounting procedures are followed
• review and analyze project status for cost reporting
• provide management with clear and accurate cost information
• reconcile monthly statements and related transactions
• archive project files related to payroll, invoicing, cost controls, purchase orders, contracts, and subcontracts
• maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting transactions.
