What you'll do

• Manage daily Payment Processing and University ID Card operations and oversee cashier staff
• maintain cash controls, cash handling, and drawer balancing
• verify and manage processor-to-subledger and processor-to-bank reconciliations
• prepare physical currency deposits and oversee electronic deposits
• oversee department deposits and courier services
• lead University ID Card processes
• troubleshoot student account issues
• train and coach staff.
