In-Home Caregiver

The In-Home Caregiver role is onsite in Hastings, MN, serving clients in Hastings and surrounding areas. Pay is $19–$21 per hour. Caregivers help clients remain safe and independent in their homes and support their families. The caregiver provides one-on-one companionship and personal care, assists with daily activities, and records completed tasks and client updates. This work helps clients participate in activities they enjoy and manage everyday needs at home.

What you'll do

• Provide companionship and support clients’ participation in activities
• help prepare meals, drive clients to appointments, and perform housekeeping
• assist with walking, dressing, bathing, and other personal care
• record completed and uncompleted activities
• provide updates on clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior.
