The Life Enrichment Coordinator role is onsite in Hudson, MA. Pay is $20–$21 per hour. Artisan at Hudson, part of Solera Senior Living, seeks to bring joy, purpose, and connection to residents through meaningful programs. The coordinator plans and supports activities that promote residents’ physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and social well-being. The role works with the Life Enrichment Director and interdisciplinary team to create an engaging community experience.

What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate, and implement resident activities
• assess residents’ interests, abilities, and needs
• decorate common areas for seasons, holidays, and events
• coordinate space, equipment, food, transportation, and staffing
• support safe activities and outings
• assist with driving residents as needed
• collaborate with residents, families, department leaders, and community partners
• maintain calendars, flyers, and activity documentation
• assist with budget planning as needed.
