Lead Recovery Support Specialist

What you'll do

• Support patients with daily living skills, appointments, transportation, medication oversight, and parenting support
• record patient behaviors and treatment activities
• inspect client rooms and facilities
• participate in staff meetings and shift handoffs
• provide office support and maintain patient records in the EHR
• supervise and document urinalysis sample collection
• orient and coach staff
• coordinate schedules and leave requests
• oversee departmental operations when the supervisor is absent
• maintain supplies.
