What you'll do

• Prepare estimates and bids
• perform takeoffs
• solicit and review subcontractor and vendor pricing
• build proposals
• manage projects through closeout
• coordinate schedules, budgets, change orders, and draws
• coordinate field crews and trade directors
• track costs and communicate with project stakeholders
• use Autodesk Build and ProEst.
