What you'll do

• Oversee and complete maintenance requests
• train and lead maintenance technicians
• inspect the community and correct deficiencies
• schedule and prioritize work
• perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, and drywall issues
• maintain records and inventory
• coordinate vendors and supplies
• support apartment make-readies and grounds upkeep
• handle on-call duties as needed.
