What you'll do

• Assist with work and service requests
• maintain computerized maintenance records and departmental files
• support shipping, receiving, mail, and document handling
• move and set up furniture and event spaces
• participate in the ERT/Safety team
• support space and resource allocation
• submit or complete maintenance orders for electrical, plumbing, and structural issues
• conduct and document inspections
• stock breakroom supplies
• support facility maintenance and process improvement.
