• Establish and lead global operations across manufacturing, facilities, supply chain, capital projects, IT, and program delivery
• integrate functions while maintaining delivery continuity
• set decision systems and review cadence
• recruit and develop operational leaders
• oversee production scale-up, quality, compliance, facilities, safety, logistics, capital projects, program delivery, IT, and cybersecurity
• advise the CEO and contribute to company strategy and board reporting.
