Construction Manager / Owner’s Representative

The Construction Manager / Owner’s Representative role is 100% onsite in Oak Ridge, TN, with a stated compensation range of $115,000–$190,575 per year. Radiant is building an advanced nuclear manufacturing facility and developing portable nuclear microreactors. As the onsite owner’s representative, the manager drives field execution, schedule and quality control, contractor coordination, and construction-to-operations readiness for the facility and future project phases.

What you'll do

• Represent ownership onsite throughout construction
• maintain daily field presence
• coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
• hold contractors accountable for schedule, staffing, sequencing, and quality
• manage RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and change orders
• plan near-term schedules
• coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning
• provide constructability feedback
• coordinate with regulators and internal teams
• and support facility turnover and startup readiness.
