The Early Childhood Learning Staff role is onsite in New Windsor, NY, at the ELC on Union Avenue. The afternoon program runs 1:30 p.m.–6:30 p.m., Monday–Friday, for up to 29 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options. Pay is $16 per hour. Healthy Kids Programs provides early learning, before- and after-school, and summer camp programs. The role supports classroom activities, daily routines, and learning experiences for children ages 18 months through 5 years, helping create a nurturing environment that encourages children’s development and positive interactions.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the School-Age Childcare Lead to facilitate hands-on activities aligned with the Creative Curriculum
• communicate with parents and family members through the Playground App
• use the CLASS method to foster positive adult-child interactions
• support children’s education, health, welfare, and safety by following ECERS/ITERS standards and protocols.
