What you'll do

• Process incoming patient referrals and intakes using Kinnser/WellSky
• schedule patient visits and allocate clinician resources
• communicate schedule changes to clinicians, referral sources, and patients
• verify insurance coverage and obtain authorizations
• collaborate with case managers, field clinicians, and billing staff
• maintain regulatory compliance
• track referral trends and prepare intake performance reports
• identify process improvements
• provide system support and orientation to new intake team members.
