• own yearly target execution and monthly budget-versus-actual reviews
• create strategic plans for client adoption and utilization
• conduct client business reviews
• develop onboarding plans
• analyze feedback and performance metrics
• mitigate account risks and resolve escalations
• collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams
• mentor junior team members.
