• Track bid opportunities, deadlines, milestones, and addenda
• organize project documents and revision histories
• coordinate vendor and subcontractor outreach and quotations
• support estimating research and scheduling
• assemble and review proposal packages
• coordinate bid submissions and archive records
• maintain databases and reports.
