What you'll do

• Direct and coordinate clinical activities, resources, and personnel
• prepare for accreditation and regulatory surveys
• oversee utilization review, performance improvement, staff education, infection control, and employee health
• develop and enforce policies and standards
• recruit, supervise, evaluate, and retain staff
• collaborate on budgets and cost controls
• maintain patient-care standards and survey readiness.

Why this role
