The Server Lead – Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM role is onsite in Boston, MA. Pay is $25 per hour. The position supports Flik Hospitality Group’s foodservice operations at BXP, 200 Clarendon Street. The lead serves and delivers food and drink orders while supporting an enjoyable dining experience and a clean, safe environment. The role also acts as a communication point for unit management, helps orient and train associates, addresses guest issues, and supports employee selection and training.

What you'll do

• Take and deliver food and drink orders
• communicate work-related requests to unit management
• train and acclimate new associates to company and client culture and operations
• understand menu items and ingredients
• address and correct complaints or issues
• assist with employee selection and orientation and oversee training in areas of responsibility.
