What you'll do

• Monitor patient conditions and assess care needs
• observe symptoms and communicate them to physicians
• collaborate on individualized care plans
• perform routine procedures and document in patient charts
• administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• maintain hygiene and safety
• provide emergency care
• supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants
• educate patients and families
• perform IV administration, wound care, TPN, and lab draws as listed.
