What you'll do

• Support accounts payable or payroll as assigned
• prepare journal entries
• reconcile general and subsidiary ledgers and bank accounts
• prepare regulatory reports and financial statements
• maintain fixed asset accounting records
• post financial information to the general ledger
• prepare transaction schedules and tax reports
• assist external auditors
• and help City personnel resolve technical accounting issues.
