Inside Sales Representative

Job overview

Compensation is $19–$28 per hour. The Inside Sales Representative role is onsite in Dillon, MT; The position is based in Beaverhead Building Center, part of TAL Building Centers, a family-owned building-center company whose mission is to help build better communities. The representative manages customer sales from lead identification through closing, primarily serving existing account customers and also assisting walk-in, cash, do-it-yourself, and homeowner customers. Estimates, quotes, order coordination, and responsive service support customers’ building projects and the store’s sales goals.

What you'll do

• Identify and develop potential customers
• make sales presentations
• assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• maintain existing customer relationships
• consult on project requirements and prepare information on materials, specifications, costs, and timelines
• prepare estimates and process quotes, purchase orders, tickets, changes, and invoices
• address customer-service issues
• coordinate order execution with yard, store, and office personnel
• support credit requirements and grow existing customer accounts.
