What you'll do

• Depending on the role, deliver or support standards-aligned instruction
• provide small-group or individualized academic support, particularly in reading
• support inclusive classrooms and differentiated instruction
• monitor scholar progress and data-informed decisions
• collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and school leadership
• support behavior, engagement, and classroom routines
• partner with families and school staff. Deliverables and qualifications vary by role.
