Executive Director — Residential I/DD Services

What you'll do

• Set organizational direction and goals
• lead managers and department leaders
• oversee daily operations across residential programs and departments
• ensure staffing, scheduling, training, and operational coverage
• maintain Illinois regulatory, licensing, and Medicaid compliance
• oversee quality assurance and risk management
• recruit and develop employees
• manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation
• promote individualized services and relationships with people served, families, guardians, and community partners.
