Customer Service Representative

Compensation is $19–$21 per hour. The Customer Service Representative works onsite at DiVal Safety Equipment’s Buffalo, NY headquarters, full-time, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role supports DiVal’s outside sales team and serves internal and external customers. The representative manages customer requests and order workflows, helping provide timely service and maintain coordination across departments. The position contributes to customer experience by processing orders and quotes, resolving fulfillment needs, and supporting sales and internal teams.

What you'll do

• Acknowledge requests through the CRM within two hours
• process orders, returns, exchanges, back-order updates, and contract pricing
• enter quotes and orders within two hours of receipt
• coordinate expedited orders and obtain proof of delivery
• process new item requests
• maintain product knowledge
• promote company events and services
• perform data entry
• coordinate with internal departments
• work with the manager to improve workflows and processes.
