What you'll do

• Plan membership promotions and own sales targets and reporting
• drive membership growth, retention, and program participation
• generate and manage leads across digital, grassroots, partnership, and referral channels
• develop paid and organic marketing strategies
• create content across video, photo, web, social, newsletters, and the Pebble app
• support Vertical Solutions and Proxy Climbing
• manage paid advertising and lifecycle email marketing
• track conversion, acquisition cost, growth, and churn
• maintain brand consistency
• mentor a junior designer and improve workflows.
