The Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse Vaccine and Infection Coordinator role is onsite in Worcester, MA. Pay is $35.50–$44.50 per hour. The coordinator supports Family Health Center’s vaccination and infection-control programs across its organizational locations. The coordinator oversees vaccine administration and inventory, monitors infection prevention practices, and responds to occupational exposures. What you'll do

• Oversee vaccination program compliance and administration
• manage vaccine inventory, storage, handling, distribution, and documentation
• coordinate patient vaccination campaigns and employee vaccination compliance
• prepare inventory and financial reports
• oversee infection-control operations
• conduct surveillance, audits, and environment-of-care rounds
• investigate infection events and occupational exposures
• educate staff
• coordinate infection-control policies and reporting
• supervise assigned vaccine clinic nurses.

Why this role
