What you'll do

• Greet preferred guests and provide information at the hotel or VIP Services desk
• operate the hotel reservation system for check-in, check-out, and payments
• access slot and pit tracking systems as authorized
• assist with marketing events, tournaments, VIP gifts, and telemarketing
• prepare and maintain the VIP Lounge and supplies
• handle money and records accurately
• communicate with hotel services and staff.
