The Neighborhood of Somerset provides assisted living and memory care services. The CNA provides hands-on and emotional support to residents, follows each resident’s Personalized Service Plan, responds to call bells, and helps maintain a safe and comfortable home-like environment.

What you'll do

• Support residents’ Personalized Service Plans
• follow hydration schedules
• monitor meal attendance
• assist with activities and activities of daily living
• check residents’ cleanliness, clothing, continence, and condition
• use sanitary procedures and universal precautions
• maintain room and common-area cleanliness
• and respond promptly to security systems and resident call bells.
