The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite in Wilmington, MA, with 11–7 and 3–11 shifts across five consecutive weekends followed by the sixth weekend off. Compensation is $27 per hour, all inclusive. Willow Brook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a 142-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility focused on resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life. The CNA provides hands-on resident care under licensed nursing staff supervision. By assisting with daily living needs, observing and reporting changes, and maintaining a safe environment, the role supports the nursing team’s resident-centered care.

What you'll do

• Provide basic resident care under licensed nursing staff direction
• assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and linen changes
• support residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs
• observe and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs
• maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• support nursing staff and the care team.
