What you'll do

• Tune guest and rental equipment
• provide employee training in gear tuning, point of sale, product knowledge, guest service, and sales
• administer company policies
• manage payroll budgets, merchandising, cleanliness, inventory, and loss prevention
• recruit and maintain staff
• and keep current on industry products and trends. Weekend and night availability is required.
