What you'll do

• Lead pipeline construction projects through planning, execution, monitoring, completion, and closeout
• develop project plans, schedules, estimates, budgets, forecasts, and resource requirements
• manage cost, profitability, forecasting, and change management
• coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
• conduct site visits and progress reviews
• manage client relationships and project changes
• oversee safety and quality expectations
• evaluate bid packages and support estimating, proposals, and transition to field execution.
