What you'll do

• For morning shifts, assist residents with waking, hygiene, grooming, and dressing
• support breakfast while following dietary restrictions
• prepare residents and belongings for school, day programs, or outings
• conduct visual wellness checks and document overnight concerns
• leave the home clean and organized. For evening shifts, follow behavior plans and support structured activities
• prepare and supervise dinner according to dietary needs
• monitor behavioral escalations and communicate concerns to overnight staff
• complete daily documentation and shift notes
• assist with hygiene routines and prepare items for the next day. Administer medications only if authorized and document medication passes.
