What you'll do

• Prepare and splice fiber-optic cables
• locate faults and perform repairs
• install and maintain FTTH transmission and reception equipment and private-line network systems
• conduct test and turn-up procedures with System Engineers
• interpret schematics and OTDR reports
• support field maintenance teams
• maintain network documentation
• troubleshoot MDF/headend issues
• participate in the required on-call rotation.
