The Caregiver — In-Home Care role is based in Roan Mountain, TN, with opportunities to work with clients throughout Tennessee. Pay is $16–$17.50 per hour. Stand Out Home Care provides personalized in-home care to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. The caregiver assists clients with daily living and routines according to individualized care plans, provides companionship and supervision, and reports changes in client condition to the appropriate team member. The role supports clients receiving private-pay, VA, and CHOICES services.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, bathing, grooming, dressing, personal care, mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• provide medication reminders, companionship, and supervision
• run errands and assist with daily routines
• follow individualized care plans
• maintain a safe home environment
• report changes in client condition.
