What you'll do

• Assist with mutually agreed agency business goals
• provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
• respond to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
• communicate effectively to meet customer needs and support business development.
