What you'll do

• Originate, manage, and close private lending, DSCR, and business-purpose loan transactions
• leverage existing relationships and self-source opportunities
• build relationships with real estate investors, brokers, and referral partners
• convert company-provided leads
• manage loans from application through closing
• maintain an active pipeline and accurate CRM records
• participate in industry events and business development.
