What you'll do

• Assist with cost estimates, bills of materials, and labor projections
• interpret blueprints, specifications, and scope documents
• coordinate with project engineers, field operations, and procurement to validate quantities, rates, and quotes
• perform take-offs for structured cabling, electrical, and mechanical systems
• support RFP bids and proposals
• maintain cost and vendor-rate data
• analyze change orders
• participate in site visits and pre-bid meetings
• contribute to estimating process improvements.
