What you'll do

• Lead the medical team and oversee medical operations
• supervise medical staff and programs
• ensure staffing, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
• develop and enforce patient-care, safety, and infection-control policies
• provide staff feedback and annual reviews
• support continuing medical education
• assess, diagnose, prescribe, and treat patients
• educate patients on preventive health
• collaborate with clinical and nonclinical colleagues
• maintain confidential and accurate records
• follow coding, productivity, and quality-improvement standards.
