AI Lead / Agentic Identity Engineer

What you'll do

• Define target-state architecture for AI agent identity, authorization, governance, and auditability
• design lifecycle and operating models for non-human identities
• create reference architectures for onboarding, delegated access, tool invocation, runtime policy enforcement, and attribution
• guide identity patterns across identity providers, CI/CD, secrets management, API gateways, service meshes, and cloud workload identity
• develop workload identity blueprints
• define authorization patterns and runtime guardrails
• partner with security engineering
• establish telemetry and audit requirements
• lead architecture reviews, threat modeling, workshops, and implementation planning
• produce roadmaps and design materials.
