What you'll do

• Enforce security policies, safeguard Kohler Co.
• and the Kohler brand, identify risks, maintain security processes, respond to incidents, limit exposure or liability, ensure standardized security practices are utilized, support the Global Security Operations Center and departmental initiatives, including training of new officers.
• Patrol Kohler buildings, grounds, and sites in vehicle and on foot.
• Respond to incidents and evaluate, prioritize, and communicate assistance needs.
• Use computerized incident software, telephones, and multi-channel radio.
• Understand company alarm systems.
• Manage access control requirements.
• Deter crime by providing a security presence.
• Coordinate special assignments during periods of an emergency.
• Support minor investigations.
