Behavior Technician / Medical Assistant

The Behavior Technician / Medical Assistant role is onsite at the clinic in Warren, MI, Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to 4:15 PM. Compensation is $16–$22 per hour, depending on experience. Integrated Autism Center provides compassionate applied behavior analysis focused on natural-environment learning and whole-child support. The technician implements individualized treatment plans under BCBA direction and supports children’s learning through sensory activities, data collection, and documentation. The role contributes to client care and developmental progress while working with the clinical team and caregivers.

What you'll do

• Prepare client materials
• implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA direction
• incorporate sensory activities
• record client data in Central Reach
• convert appointments into billing within 24 hours
• write SOAP notes
• attend weekly BCBA team meetings, monthly performance goal meetings, and quarterly training
• perform cleaning duties
• follow ethical guidelines and HIPAA privacy requirements.
