Compensation for this position ranges from $116,350 to $210,325 per year, and the role supports an Intelligence Community customer by bridging the gap between mission users and technical teams. This role exists to drive user-centered engagement and ensure that geospatial intelligence solutions are intuitive and effective. The SME will partner with stakeholders, designers, and developers to translate operational requirements into technical improvements, ultimately maximizing user adoption and mission success.

What you'll do

• Lead user engagement strategies, design and deliver training workshops, analyze user feedback for system improvements, support Agile ceremonies, coordinate User Acceptance Testing, and act as the primary point of contact for user inquiries.
