What you'll do

• Ensure teller-area compliance with regulatory, security, and bank policies
• train, motivate, and coach teller staff
• schedule coverage
• coach tellers toward referral goals
• complete performance reviews and administer the quarterly Teller Bonus Program
• maintain cash levels and order currency
• conduct scheduled audits and security tests
• interview and hire staff
• make check and cash disbursement decisions and sign official checks
• work at a teller window as needed
• monitor timecards and complete reports
• assist other branches
• perform additional vault-management duties where applicable.
