What you'll do

• Assist residents with medications, treatments, and health monitoring
• respond compassionately to resident needs and changes in condition
• communicate resident updates to nurses and care team members
• help ensure medications are administered safely and accurately
• support and guide care team members during the shift
• build relationships with residents and families
• help create a warm, welcoming environment.
