Director of Human Resources — Skilled Nursing Facility

The role supports compliant workforce operations through benefits, recruiting, onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, employee relations, and policy administration.

What you'll do

• Oversee time-clock administration and payroll integration
• administer employee benefits
• manage recruiting and onboarding with the system office
• maintain handbooks, job descriptions, evaluations, personnel files, and training records
• administer employee injury processes and OSHA logs
• manage disciplinary and termination procedures
• review policies and support wage and salary programs
• maintain compliance with employment laws.
