• deliver monthly time-to-fill and recurring recruiting metrics
• partner with hiring managers on role scoping, interviews, and selection
• support employer-brand efforts and candidate experience
• track quality-of-hire and sales-hire quota-readiness outcomes
• and maintain hiring compliance and documentation.
