What you'll do

• Manage and develop a team of RCM Associates
• lead hiring, onboarding, and training
• oversee revenue cycle business process outsourcing operations
• manage daily workflows
• identify and implement process improvements
• coordinate with engineering, credentialing, customer experience, clinical operations, and billing vendors
• support product and contract activations
• lead operational projects
• develop and manage performance metrics.
