Direct Support Professional — Back-End Night Schedule, 12-Hour Shifts

The Direct Support Professional role is onsite in Garner, IA, with pay of $17 per hour. One Vision supports people with disabilities in living more independently, pursuing goals, and staying connected to their communities. The DSP assists individuals with daily activities, community participation, and personal goals while supporting safety and independence. The schedule is three 12-hour night shifts per week: every Friday night plus two additional nights between Wednesday and Friday, totaling 36 hours weekly with four days off.

What you'll do

• Support daily activities such as cooking, personal care, laundry, and household tasks
• help individuals build independence and confidence
• accompany community outings, appointments, and events
• provide transportation using approved vehicles
• assist with medications according to training and procedures
• support grocery shopping and personal finances
• complete electronic documentation
• build positive relationships.
