What you'll do

• Serve as the on-site agronomic representative during clearing, shaping, and construction
• oversee contractors for earthmoving, drainage, irrigation, and seed or sod preparation
• develop and execute a grow-in plan for the Washington coast
• recruit, hire, and train an in-house maintenance crew as the project progresses
• plan future offsite championship courses
• perform physical work as required and promote PPE and safety
• troubleshoot operational issues and keep milestones on track. The posting states flexibility to work varied hours and weekends as required by construction schedules and weather.
