What you'll do

• Answer and direct customer calls
• transfer calls involving special pricing to the appropriate inside sales representative
• maintain product and competitor knowledge
• support sales and administrative processes
• enter orders, credits, and samples upon receipt
• provide pricing and order tracking and resolve complaints
• record customer feedback in P21
• communicate product requirements to Purchasing
• return follow-up calls and voicemails by the end of the business day.
